FAQs

Is this only for diagnosed children? No. Many families join while exploring possible ADHD, autism, anxiety or other support needs.

What if I miss the live session? You can access the recording and watch in your own time.

Will I be judged for how things are going? No. Many parents come feeling worn down and unsure. This space is designed to support, not shame.
