You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone
When your child is struggling, parenting can start to feel like constant guesswork. You may be wondering whether to push or back off. Whether this is anxiety, ADHD, Autism, behaviour, burnout, school stress, or just a hard stage. You may have tried strategies that work for other families, only to find they do not quite fit your child. You do not need to wait until things get worse. Reaching out can be a practical first step towards understanding your child and feeling less stuck. Family Minded offers parent support from our Sunbury and Sydenham clinics, as well as via telehealth. |
