Assessment Fees

Assessment fees vary depending on the type of assessment, the number of appointments and assessment tools required, and whether a written report is needed.

As a guide:

Child & Young Person Assessments (up to 25yrs)

• ADHD assessment — from $1,625

• Autism assessment — from $2,000

• Combined Autism & ADHD assessment — from $2,500

• Cognitive assessment — from $1,550

• Psychoeducational assessment — from $2,500

• More comprehensive combined assessments — approximately $2,700–$3,625+

 

Adult Assessments (over 25yrs)

• ADHD assessment — from $950

• Autism assessment — from $950

• Combined Autism & ADHD assessment — from $1,500

• Written reports are additional where required.

 

Assessment fees are tailored to the assessment required. You will receive a clear assessment plan and expected fee before commencing.

Where a related Screening & Summary (current clients) or Assessment Pathway Consultation has been completed with Family Minded within the previous 3 months, the amount already paid will be credited towards the assessment fee.
